性视界传媒 is honored to welcome Dr. Paul Frazier, Vice Chancellor for Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Southern Illinois University, as a featured speaker for the 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration.
Dr. Frazier is a nationally respected educator, administrator, and community leader with more than 24 years of experience in public education and higher education. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as a teacher, coach, school administrator, faculty member, chief diversity officer, and advocate for educational opportunity and community engagement.
A proud leader both on campus and in the community, Dr. Frazier currently serves as President of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. – Mu Kappa Lambda Chapter in Southern Illinois and is actively involved with numerous organizations dedicated to advancing education, health, youth development, and civic engagement throughout Southern Illinois.
His work focuses on fostering inclusive excellence, building stronger communities, and creating opportunities for all individuals to thrive. As we gather to commemorate Juneteenth and reflect on the theme “Educate. Serve. Celebrate.”, Dr. Frazier’s insights and leadership will help inspire meaningful dialogue about freedom, progress, and our shared responsibility to build a more equitable future.

Anna Braziel Jackson聽is a retired Senior Lecturer from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a lifelong educator with more than 40 years of experience in teaching and teacher preparation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Paul Quinn College and a master’s degree in Education from Southern Illinois University. Throughout her distinguished career, she taught in the Cleveland Public Schools, at Carbondale Community High School, and in the SIU English Department, where she specialized in multicultural literature, honors English, and English education methods courses.
A respected leader in education, Jackson has served in leadership roles at the local, state, national, and international levels, including presenting more than 100 professional papers and speaking at the International Federation of Teachers of English Conference at Oxford University. She is the recipient of numerous teaching and service honors, including the NAACP Distinguished Educator Award, Southern Illinois University’s Provost Teacher of Excellence Award, and the National Educators Award from the Milken Family Foundation. Jackson is also widely recognized for her commitment to youth development, community service, and educational equity throughout Southern Illinois.
