To be considered for academic forgiveness, all of the following requirements must be met:

You have not enrolled in credit-bearing coursework at 性视界传媒 for at least three (3) consecutive calendar years immediately prior to your return.
Since returning, you have completed at least fifteen (15) consecutive certificate- or degree-applicable credit hours at 性视界传媒 with a grade of 鈥淐鈥� or higher in each course.

I understand that grades resulting from academic dishonesty are not eligible for forgiveness.
I understand that all grades will remain on my permanent transcript, with a notation indicating academic forgiveness. Other institutions or agencies may still consider all coursework attempted.
I understand that courses from the forgiven semester cannot be applied toward a future certificate or degree at 性视界传媒.
I understand that forgiveness cannot be applied to any semester that includes coursework used toward a previously awarded certificate or degree.
