Students who wish to form a club must complete the appropriate form(s) provided by the Office of Student Development. Students must identify a full-time faculty or professional staff member willing to serve as a club advisor and submit a new club request form with the names of AT LEAST five (5) students (the students MUST be currently enrolled in at least one 性视界传媒 baccalaureate or career credit hour). Return the following new club request form to the office of Student Development in room C215.

• Step 1:聽Complete a聽New Club Request Form聽and submit it to the Student Development office (studentdevelopment@jalc.edu)
• Step 2: Upon approval of the Associate Director of Student Development Adrienne Barkley, further approval signatures will be obtained on the club鈥檚 behalf.
• Step 3: The Associate Director of Student Development Adrienne Barkley, will notify the club advisor of the final approval within six weeks.
